Gene Burch Plumbing Heating and Air was founded in 1975 by Gene and Sandie Burch with the goal of becoming a high quality, professional organization. Today, 40 years later, we continue to maintain that goal. Sons, Gary and Eric both started out as helpers at a young age and progressed steadily over the following years. Since Gene retired in 1993, Gary is now the owner and president while Eric is co-owner and head field service technician. Both are committed to providing superior service to our customers and always strive to perform their work right the first time as they were taught by their father.
Gene Burch Plumbing began as a new construction/remodeling company for the first 15 years and worked exclusively within this field. In 1991, we shifted focus to service and repair with very limited remodeling work. During this time, our knowledge and understanding of the service industry grew as well as a customer base to well over 10,000. In the late 90's, we expanded our services to include heating and air conditioning with well trained, certified technicians and continuing education. Our concept of operating a service, repair and replacement company is very simple. We believe that providing preventative maintenance to your Marin County Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning systems is the most important thing we can do, as it provides the most value to our customers. In order to insure equipment reliability, we also offer service/safety and maintenance agreements which allow you to obtain regular inspections in your home or business to insure your plumbing, heating and air conditioning systems are performing properly.
